I've actually given in to my "mother 'in-law'" and am going to a gym (only because lately, I've been doing absolutely nothing. (She's "suffering" at the gym, too). ;)
BUT, the funny thing is, the trainer told me that I wasn't eating enough. I never expected to hear that!!! (And I weigh 340 lbs).
The only reason I want to be any smaller is so I can fit roller coasters again.
Anyway, all those people who think they're being nice to you... FUCK 'EM! They have NO clue what they're talking about. If they did, they would only be your friend and not offer "advice" without you asking for it.
My boyfriend is a twig, naturally. We look like the #10. ;) OK, sort of.
My only unsolicited advice is always keep those imaginary middle fingers that you keep in your mind, ready to flash invisibly as you "politely" (or not) tell someone "Thank you, but I know my body better than you do."

You shouldn't feel down about your body. You should accept who you are and not care whatever other people think about you at all. You are beautiful, even if you can't see it.
And I was reading your "about me", and we seem to have a few things in common. I love the moon and fairies too. I play guitar (to an extent) and I love piercings and tattoos.
