Oh, another thought! The next time she's says that no one loves her just say "You know what, you're right. I personally despise you." (Yes, I know it will hurt badly, I've had to do this to a few friends of mine in the past.) And then act rather cold to her until she realizes how bad it truly feels. Don't immeadiately go back to acting loving & normal though. Let the feeling sink into her first.
Also, getting her to repeat the words "I am beautiful & smart &/or perfectly flawed" a couple of times everyday helps.

That is quite a dilemma with you're daughter. I used to be like that, but when I was a few years older than her. What helped me were my friends. My family was never very supportive (I was maybe told that I was pretty a handful of times from my grandfather & that's it), but I have made some really amazing friends that always were so positive to me. I still have some confidence issues espically when a guy tells me that I'm attractive, but I don't think that I'm ugly.
Another thing (for me) was getting more into the gothic community. They are more into art, music, and expression of one's self & don't judge on a person's appearence. It also helps if you get involved in some kind of protest or movement (such as this one), the Love Your Body Campaign, or the Humane Society.

Hi!
I am the father of a 9 year old beautiful girl named Alexis. Unfortunately, I have suspision that my ex (Alexis' mother) is teaching her the wrong things. I'm ALWAYS telling my daughter who beautiful she is & that I love her. Alexis is always saying that nobody loves her & that she is ugly. I am completely heartbroken about this. I need advice from you all.
