I have a friend named Jaz who broke up with her boyfriend Joe a month or so ago.Ever since then Joe's been having his friends post nasty comments on Jaz's youtube and in a live webcam stream.Jaz also recently learned that he has been checking her online accounts (youtube, myspace, twitter, etc.) religiously.Every time that she's told me that she confronted him he denied it.She thinks nobody in her circle of friends will believe her because he doesn't act like this to other people but she broke up with him because he was being a dick for a while. Joe's been hitting on a Freshman named Janice that happens to be in my Chinese class. Now Jaz wants me to warn her about Joe.

My problem is that I don't know if it's really my place to say anything

Could you not, not as such warn her, just make sure she becomes aware of what happened to "Jaz"? that way she could make her own decissions without you directly interfering.

how so? only way I can think of is saying that he's been stalking/harassing his ex girlfriend :P

don't start the conversation for her, just make sure she is a part of it

Just open with "He's my friends ex and he's kinda stalking her just so you're aware, and should you two decide to date just know that he's prone to being a dick".
