Everyone has that one song, that makes them feel better. I don't care who you are. There is a song that makes you feel good. What is it?! :)
Personally mine is;
Cries In Vain by Bullet for my valentine.
don't ask why.
and lately I've been obsessed with Pierce the veil and the song Yeah boy and dollface.
pretty much anything by no doubt... yeah i know i'm lame but there are some crazy good songs there!
haha
i also like mighty mighty bosstones
good stuff
lifts the spirits :)
Never cut down your likes or dislikes by calling them lame! It's a defense mechanism to deflect criticism before it happens. If someone asks you for your opinion and you give it, and they try to give you crap for it; just tell them to sod off. xoxo

I have two, if that's allowed. Both are kinda nostalgic. The first is "Walk" by Pantera. It's not so much listening to the song that makes me feel good, it's the relief I get from all the moshing and headbanging it incurs. The second is "One" by Metallica. It's the first song that I can remember hearing. I'm sure there were some tunes I heard before that, but when your two months old you're not quite aware of what's playing. Just hearing it takes me back to when I was a tiny metalhead, the old man turning up the radio when it came on, and me rocking out in a car seat. I was a hardcore motherfucker in that safety apparatus. Good times.

Anything by mighty mighty bostones will do it for me,but when that fails Hey There Fancypants by Ween will cheer me up. I can't listen to that song without laughing.
Swing Thou Sharp Pendulum
Swing thou sharp pendulum,
Overhead so divine.
Soft stroke builds up tension,
Sway to the echo.

Forward and back,
Forward and back.
Slicing through slow steady breaths,
Forever round ...
When I look into your eyes,
I sink in the sea.
Gazing up to the skies,
Falling endlessly.
Your voice calms the ice,
As you sing to the trees.
Dancing like summers mice,
Dizzy falling to my knees.
So soft like fresh dew,
Your skin comforts rain.

Why the Crows Lament
On another sad night,
A feather doth fall.
Hidden from all light,
A crow makes its call.
Darkness shield my eyes,
Hunger swallows all thought.
The poor soul outcries,
Life floods freshly hot.
I scream to the moon,
No lamentat...
Fading in Her Reflection
She is fading so slowly away,
Falling inside of her mirror.
She cannot wait for chance's way,
Why should she give way for fear.
As she sits alone and cries,
Confiding to no one her trust.
All she wants is to close her eye...
She let it flow
The freshest wound of beautiful size,
In joyous pain she closes her eyes,
The emotion she no longer felt.
Sure it hurt but not so bad,
It felt the same as it always had,
Her heart had started to melt.
She felt hurt betrayed and al...
My Imaginary Friend
I hear a soft whisper to my heart,
And know I am not alone.
I can feel my imaginary friend,
Tell me I'm not the only one.
I cannot see what she looks like,
I do not see her face.
I know only that she is with me,
Trapped inside...
No More Pain
In a room on her bed,
Sits a girl full of dread,
Tears falling from her eyes.
With pencil in hand,
Letters began to land,
While she sits alone and cries.
No one to turn to,
Because no one she knew,
Could comfort her in any way.

Whispers the Owl
Shh... Listen,
Do you hear
Those silent wings fanning the moon.
Look... There,
Do you see
We must runaway soon.
She hungers,
She searches
For the mice that she preys.
She sees one,
And dives
For any mouse that stays.

The Tormentor ot Maimer

The funeral was grand,
More beautiful than most.
Alone where I stand,
I raise a small toast.
The first to fall,
Where many would follow.
The police would call,
And the town would wallow.
I knew she would...
