slut, not slut

so in my school, im considered a slut. i really dont know why either...sure ive had sex, but with only 2 ppl. my friend has had sex with more ppl then i can count (literally), and she is no where near considered a slut. I just really wanna know the definition of a slut cuz i want to know why im one and she isnt. thanks!!!

Its all about the advertisement. I'm not saying you walk around with easy like falling out of bed on your shirt, but somebody had to talk.

Somewhat related example: VHS vs BETA. Beta was a superior product. It lost the war to Vhs though. Why you ask? Better marketing, pure and simple.

Maybe your friend has been a slut for so long that its no big deal. Kind of like when George W. Bush says something retarded. No fucking surprise, you however, are fresh meat.

Don't think it ends with high school either. Drama is waiting right outside your door like religion. Its your body though, you can do what you will with it. For all those who don't care, they can go suck it.

I want to start by saying that it is not fair to try and compare yerself to yer friend.
I think that the word slut is thrown around too loosely these days and really it has become more about how you carry your self rather than how many sexual partners you have. People, especially in high school, feel the need to point out what they find to be faults and make them bigger than what they already are. Once you are out of high school these little issues about who is a slut and who isn’t aren’t going to seem as important. Sure there are some people who are addicted to this type of drama but I think you will find it gets easier with maturity and experience.
Just remember, if you are ok with the choices you have made, than nothing they say should matter anyways. (hey they kind of rhymed n_n)

well first try not to worry about what people say because u are better then that but let me get down to it and what i think. well like ash said it could be how you may carry yourself and also it could be the people you had sex with are telling people what you may have done with them because from a males point of view some dudes do talk about what chicks do when they have sex and if its good and they tell a friend and that friend tells another then it can get to a girl and they may not like you so they wi;; call u a slut trust me i have seen it done before

Yeahhh, slut tends to bear no actual reference to the definition of the word anymore. It's very bizarre. Usually it's the good girls that are called sluts just to you know sorta bring them down from being respectable. Jealous people do whatever they can to bring others down, and sometimes you don't even know why they would even bother being jealous in the first place cuz you are not concerned in the least bit with who they are or what they do. *sigh* but alas people are people and regardless of how we walk, talk, or dress we will always be somebody's slut, whore, fag, idiot, retard, poor, nerd, etc etc etc...

the word slut is just a sexist label. People who have never had sex sometimes even get called sluts for whatever reason. The best advice I can give is mentally render the term meaningless or come up with a new alternate creative meaning of your own.

A slut is exactly what you think it is..a person who gives themselves up easily..and obviously your not one of them..i think that people are calling you a slut because in some shape way or form they are jealous of you..either way wether they are jealous or not..just brush it off your shoulder..you know who you are at the end of the day and you dont need anyone telling you different

These people who are calling you a slut obviously have issues and don't know the definition of what a slut is, that's why they throw the word around so much, because they haven't got a clue....also...maybe I should not say this, but it's something to think about...maybe they're just calling you the slut, because you're not willing to go and screw all of them like other girls and the best they could come up witha as an insult..is the word slut.
