Most people i meet are scared by it, i personally love it and could never part with it. What do you think? Really! Let me know. I literally make them from my own hands using plaster and gauze. Paper clips are hand bent to fit, and don't worry, its just paint. not actual blood. Here are the pictures straight off my DeviantART!...ok i just had to take some pics of the 2nd one.

An Idea for you:
Put the heart in the hand and have it squeezing the heart and razorblades (Or some other thing signifieng pain) coming out of the arteries.

I love it. It looks pretty cool, though I think it would look better if the hand were more realistic, same with the heart.

The hands are made from about the same stuff as casts for broken arms, all it is i gauze that i add plaster to and tada, you have a mold to use. 1st batch i made i got bored and wrapped my hand, and that turned into the 1st art piece.
